My name is Rob Swagten.
I like to create stuff.

I'm an 26-year-old entrepreneur and designer based in Amsterdam. I'm extremely passionate about personal development, entrepreneurship and creating things. The process of creating something out of nothing and helping others with that is something that really lights me up.

In 2018, I started my first business called Worthy Tweaks. This is a business that is specialized in helping people to improve their daily habits. With this business, I've gained experience with different activities. From creating habit journals, to habit coaching, to building and running a webshop, selling journal licences, giving workshops, running and facilitating mastermind sessions, web design and more.

After all this experience, I've now come to the conclusion that there is one red thread in what I like to do most. When I feel my best and when I experience flow, I'm in creation mode. It can be different things, from creating business concepts, to creating journals, to building websites, etcetera. With this realization, I've now decided to focus on this creation.

Having always been passionate about personal development and having been a coach myself, I've decided to focus on creating and designing effective and visually appealing tools for coaches, trainers and other experts.

‍With my deep interest and knowledge in personal development and habit change and with my own coaching experience, I'm able to be more for you than just the designer of your product. I'm a consulting designer.

I'm able to think with you about the best way to structure and create your product, to make sure your clients are helped as best as possible. Combining my knowledge, experience and skills with your knowledge, experience and wishes, I'm confident we can create an outstanding product that will boost the growth of your clients and business.
